PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a battery pack in which yield is high while securing position precision of the outside input and output terminals without having degradation of productivity and increase of constituent components, and a battery pack manufactured by this method. SOLUTION: While an upper die 200 and a lower die 100 are engaged, the top end of a pawl 34 of a substrate 30 makes contacts with the bottom of a groove between protruded parts 111, 211 and shelf parts 112, 212. Thereby, the substrate 30 is held firmly by the dies 100, 200 in the state of being positioned firmly by them. While the dies 100, 200 are engaged in this manner, polyamide resin is filled in a filling space 110 from a resin material filling port 230 provided in the upper die 200. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
