PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing valve controlling a flow rate of fluid by changing an opening of a valve whenever necessary. SOLUTION: A control cylinder provided with a control piston, a control rod, and a spring is installed in a driving cylinder provided with a driving piston, a valve rod, and a spring. The control rod extending from the control cylinder to the outside is provided with an adjusting stopper setting the moving amount of the control rod, and a lock nut. The valve rod abuts on the control rod moved by a specified amount by the adjusting stopper so as to change the valve opening. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
