PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnosing system wherein a C arm can be quickly arranged at a desired location at a high precision by a simple operation, and an X-ray diagnosing system-controlling method. SOLUTION: This X-ray diagnosing system can quantitatively move the C arm in a desired direction. As a control regarding the moving, a control based on a moving amount from a present location (a relative index), and a control based on an arranged location from an absolute reference location (an absolute index) are possible.
