PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sealing vibration controller with a novel structure which can be externally inserted to an intermediate sleeve in the axial direction and easily assembled without making an orifice member in a nearly cylindrical shape extending in the circumference direction in semi-circumference length or more to be in a divided structure, and at the same time, in which a sealing property between the intermediate sleeve and an outer cylinder member can be advantageously secured and a high degree of fluid-tightness can be exerted. SOLUTION: The cylindrical orifice member 94 is externally inserted from the end in the axial direction on the opposite side of a fitting cylindrical part 32 to the intermediate sleeve 26, in which the fitting cylindrical part 32 with large diameter is integrally formed to one end in the axial direction, clamped and fixed between the intermediate sleeve 26 and an outer cylinder member 14. A sealing protrusion 110 is formed at an opening edge of an opening window 36 in the intermediate sleeve 26, and the sealing protrusion 110 is brought into pressure contact with an inner peripheral face of the cylindrical orifice member 94 between the fitting faces of the intermediate sleeve 26 and the inner peripheral face of the cylindrical orifice member 94.
