PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-priced chemicals supply device for supplying or volatilizing a constant quantity of chemical liquid such as an aromatic throughout a use period. SOLUTION: This chemicals supply device is formed of a soft packaged container for housing the chemical liquid and provided with a discharge port in a lower part thereof, a discharge supply plug arranged in the discharge port, a narrowing member for narrowing the soft packaged container, while supporting it, a support for supporting the narrowing member, and a volatilizing body housed in the support and for volatilizing the chemical liquid supplied from the discharge supply plug. The narrowing member for narrowing the soft packaged container, while supplying it, works as a chemical liquid level adjusting function. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
