PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of volatile rod-shape cosmetics fitted and stored in a cosmetic casing by providing the cosmetic casing for storing the volatile rod-shape cosmetics with hermetic sealing performance. SOLUTION: This hermetically sealed rod-shape cosmetic casing is provided with a receiver plate 2 retaining the bottom part of the volatile rod-shape cosmetics C, a sleeve 3 vertically slidably and internally fitting the receiver plate 2, a body 4 vertically slidably and internally fitting the sleeve 3 and having an opening part in its upper end, an external cylinder 6 integrally and externally fitted around the lower end part of the body 4 via a spiral shaft 5, and a cap 7 opening/closing the opening part of the body 4. The inside of the body 4 is hermetically sealed via a ring sealing member 17 hermetically sealing a space formed between a suspension edge 7b formed downward the outer circumferential part of the cap 7 and the upper part opening 4a on the side of the body 4.
