摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for producing a spherical baked confectionary by which the spherical baked confectionary can easily be produced even by a person without experiences in production of the spherical baked confectionary and the person can leave the site even during the production of the spherical confectionary. SOLUTION: The technique for producing the spherical baked confectionary comprises using a processing mold composed by forming a plurality of semispherical recessed parts of an equal radius on the surface of a metal plate. A processing material previously processed to be edible is placed in the semispherical recessed parts of the equal radius of the heated processing mold. Furthermore, the processing mold is shaken while being heated. The processing material is heated even to the interior and reshaped into the spherical form while being rotated in the semispherical recessed parts of the equal radius so that the right side and back side are reversed.
