PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing copolymer excellent in fuel barrier properties and adhesion to a non-fluorine polymer. SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing copolymer contains: (A) polymerization units based on tetrafluoroethylene; (B) polymerization units based on ethylene; (C) polymerization units based on vinyl acetate; and (D) polymerization units based on maleic anhydride, wherein the mole ratio of (A)/(B) is 20/80-80/20, the mole ratio of (C)/((A)+(B)) is 1/100-20/100, and the volume flow rate is 1-1,000 mm<SP>3</SP>/sec.
