PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap removing tool which is easily manufactured and has an inexpensive manufacturing cost and is easy of use. SOLUTION: The cap removing tool 1 for removing a cap contact-bonded on a bottle opening from the bottle opening has a removing tool main body 2 which is covered on the cap from the top when the cap is removed from the bottle opening. The removing tool main body 2 is provided with a hooking part 8 which can be hooked on the cap when it is covered on the cap and an apex side inclined side 5 which can be brought into contact with a top end edge of the cap under a condition where the hooking part 8 is hooked on the cap and wherein a support to the top end edge of the cap is gradually moved as the removing tool main body 2 is inclined under the contacting condition. In addition, on the apex side inclined side 5, a linear distance connecting the support with the hooking part 8 gradually becomes shorter as the removing tool main body 2 is inclined and operated.
