METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MULTILAYERED MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To industrially easily manufacture in a low cost a multilayered molding wherein a skin material is partly integrated by sticking to at least a part of an outer peripheral part of a surface of a substrate made of a thermoplastic resin and the skin material-stuck part is made in a shape containing a three dimensional shape so that a border part between the skin material stuck part and a skin material-non-stuck part is distinct and the product is excellent in an appearance and excellent also in mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The skin material is preliminarily cut in a shape wherein the skin material covers at least a part of the outer peripheral part of a substrate surface in a condition along a shape of a cavity surface when both female and male molds are clamped and an end part contained inside the substrate of the skin material conforms to a shape of the border part of the skin material stuck part and the non-stuck part on the surface of the substrate. A molten thermoplastic resin is supplied after supplying between the molds. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
