PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cylindrical soil improvement part formation body with high soil improvement effect in the outer circumference of a columnar soil improvement part formation body. SOLUTION: This soil improvement equipment is provided with an inside agitation vane body and an outside agitation vane body relatively reversely rotating in the outer circumference of the inside agitation vane body attached to the lower part circumferential surface of an excavation shaft body, an excavation blade body attached in the lower end part of the excavation shaft body, and improving material delivery parts disposed adjacent to the excavation shaft body and adjacent to the outside agitation vane body respectively. This equipment excavates the ground by the excavation blade body, delivers an improving material from the respective improving material delivery parts, and mixes and agitates the improving material with the excavated soil by the inside and outside agitation vane bodies to form a columnar soil improvement part formation body inward a rotation track of the inside agitation vane body, while forming the cylindrical soil improvement part formation body outward the rotation track of the inside agitation vane body and inward the rotation track of the outside agitation vane body.
