PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absence communication slip which can surely urge even a visually impaired person to communicate with a prescribed contact point. SOLUTION: A voice recording section for recording voice information on the contact point is provided with a microphone (6) for converting the voice information into electric information, a voice IC module for recording the voice information, and a recording button (7) for controlling the recording operation of the voice information. A voice reproduction section for reproducing the recorded voice information is provided with a voice IC module for reproducing the recorded voice information, a reproduction button (8) for controlling the reproduction operation of the voice information, and a loudspeaker (6) for amplifying the reproduced voice.
