PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire cutting device which can carry an electric wire and measure the length of the electric wire without changing any electric characteristics. SOLUTION: This electric wire cutting device comprises a length measuring device 8 to measure the length of an electric wire D while applying the pressure not to change the electric characteristics, a carrier 9 to carry the electric wire D by a predetermined distance, a winding device 11 to carry the electric wire D carried by the carrier 9 while winding the electric wire, and a cutting device 10 to cut the electric wire D carried by the winding device 11 to the predetermined length based on the result by the length measuring device 8.
