PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined manufacturing facility of a cold-rolled steel sheet and a plated steel sheet with which interference between the pass route of the plated steel sheet and the pass route of the cold-rolled steel sheet is avoided, the modification of an existing line is facilitated and the cost of equipment is reduced. SOLUTION: In the combined manufacturing facility of the cold-rolled steel sheet and the plated steel sheet having a pass switching apparatus for switching the plating pass route for supplying a steel sheet taken out of an annealing furnace to a plating device and manufacturing the plated steel sheet and the cold-rolling pass route for manufacturing the cold-rolled steel sheet without passing the steel sheet taken out of the annealing furnace through the plating device, a plurality of helical turn rolls for obliquely changing the pass route of the steel sheet are installed in the poststage of the pass switching apparatus.
