<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GUI accessible for review of information about an environmental influence of a product manufactured/purchased by a manufacturer/ consumer. <P>SOLUTION: In an information providing method for providing information about attributes of a product, identification information of the product or a product group is received, and in response to the receipt, information about one or more attributes of the product or the product group is transmitted, while at least one of the attributes is related to influence on the environment. A data display interface having a page including an environmental tab for indicating information about the environmental influence of the product or the product group is provided. As the environmental influence, at least one is selected from an organization system, environmental performance, energy consumption, waste and emission classification data, a reference document, and a combination of them, in the data display interface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
