PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional outer rotor type motor such as that there is a fear of contact between a magnet and a stator or exfoliation of the magnet due to external load, for the magnet is fixed to a main body of the rotor. SOLUTION: This motor M is equipped with a stator S which is arranged radially with a plurality of salient poles 1 directed outward, and a rotor R where a plurality of magnets 2 disposed opposite to a head face of the salient poles 1 are arranged in circumferential direction, and the rotor R is equipped with a rotor housing 11 and a yoke 12 where magnets are arranged at the periphery, and this is provided with space 23 between an inside peripheral face of the rotor housing 11 and an outside peripheral face of the yoke 12, thus preventing this motor from coming in contact between the magnet 2 and the stator S or the exfoliation of the magnet 2 by lightening an influence of external load to the yoke 12.
