PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosed liquid type vibration isolating bush having a plurality of liquid chambers communicated with each other by orifice passages, in which vibration isolating effect due to flowing action of the enclosed liquid can be effectively displayed even for input radial vibration in the direction different from the opposing direction of the liquid chambers, with a simple structure and without the necessity of addition and assembly of special members. SOLUTION: A stopper 26 is formed such that the stopper 26 projects from an inner core member 12 toward an outer cylindrical member 14 in a middle portion of at least one liquid chamber 84. In addition, an elastic diaphragm 62 is formed so as to span the opposed surfaces, the outer peripheral surface of the stopper 26 and the inner peripheral surface of the liquid chamber 84 constructed with an elastic body rubber 16. Thus, part of an annular region 90 formed around the stopper 26 is narrowed by the elastic diaphragm 62. Consequently, when radial vibration in the direction different from the opposing direction of the liquid chambers 84, 86 is inputted, flow of the liquid in the liquid chamber 84 is choked at a narrowed passage 94 formed as described above.
