PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane foam material which may be used for making, e.g. an automobile seat cushion pad which is comfortable to sit on, and its molding process. SOLUTION: For example, a new automobile seat cushion pad is molded by adding 5-15 pts.wt. fine powder, obtained by pulverizing a urethane foam seat cushion pad of a disused car, to 100 pts.wt. total of a polyether polyol and a polymer polyol which consist of raw materials of the urethane foam.
