PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and surely discharge water without enlarging a diameter of a drain pipe which is connected with a drainage source such as a lavatory, a wash room, a kitchen and a bathroom, in a building such as an apartment house and a dwelling in which many households live together. SOLUTION: When a drainage basin A, which is provided in an outer peripheral pipe 3 having a low running-water level, is connected with the drain pipe 1 from the building, a flow of drainage and an air flow is secured. The drainage basin A has a basin body 4, a tee member 6 which is connected to an upper part of the basin body 4 and provided with a connecting part 6a for connecting the drain pipe 1, and a cylindrical member 5 which is arranged between the basin body 4 and the tee member 6; and the drain pipe 1 is connected to the tee member 6.
