PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decline in processing efficiency of an overall system by effectively using a bus even in the case of having a large amount of transfer data or having a low processing speed of a transfer destination device during DMA data transfer. SOLUTION: A data transfer method for opening the bus use right after performing a data transfer between a device connected to the bus and another device by securing a bus use right for using a bus includes steps of securing the bus use right for every partial data obtained by dividing data in the device into a plurality of data (S4), transferring the partial data (S7 to S9), and opening the bus use right (S10). The data in the device are transferred by repeating the above-described process. Each of the partial data is constituted of a plurality of channel data having non-sequential addresses in the device of a transfer destination.
