SUBSTANCE: device has metal pipe 1 connected on one end by means of ball-and-socket joint to rotor-winding water supply union 3 through sealing washer 2 and on other end, to water intake hole in rotor shaft sealed with aid of rubber ring 5 installed between two insulating bushings 6 and 7 and tightened up by means of nut 8. Novelty is that where metal pipe 1 is sealed in shaft by means of rubber ring 5 there is bulge 10 terminating in toroidal surface at end of pipe 1 which prevents rubber ring pressing-out into gap. Surfaces of pipe 1 are covered with uniform layer of water-resistant insulation 9. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of electrical machine, enhanced wear resistance of sealed end of pipe. 2 cl, 2 dwg
