PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily prepare a high quality fluid in which a dispersion part is separated and incorporated. SOLUTION: A 2nd flow passage 11 in which a 2nd liquid phase (b) flows is joined to a slit 10 in which a 1st liquid phase (a) such as a liquid resin flows at a prescribed angle. A pigment (c) is dispersed in the 2nd liquid phase (b) in the 2nd flow passage 11. Liquid drops B formed by dispersing the pigment (c) to be moved in the inside part of the 2nd liquid phase (b) is separated and incorporated by supplying the 2nd liquid phase (b) in the 2nd flow passage 11 to the 1st liquid phase (a) in the slit 10.
