PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner giving a high image density even at a high temperature and a high humidity and at a low temperature and a low humidity, not causing a fogging and having high durability. SOLUTION: The toner is obtained by adding a colorant and a charge controlling agent having an acid value of 2.0-50.0 mgKOH/g to a polyester-base bonding resin and further adding inorganic fine particles in such a way that the rate of isolating charge controlling agent particles by number from toner particles is adjusted to 0.01-10.0%.
