PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having high reliability in which generation of display unevenness is dissolved. SOLUTION: In this reflection type liquid crystal display device, driving ICs 4 and a printed wiring board 2 are mounted on the outer side of the member 12 of other side of a liquid crystal panel and a double coated adhesive tape 10 is used in the mounting of the printed wiring board 2. Then, input wirings 7 formed on the printed wiring board 2 and output wirings 6 formed on the member 1 of one side of the liquid crystal panel are connected to the driving IC 4 with wire bonding 8, 9 and they are coated with insulation protective resin 11. Moreover, the double coated adhesive tape 10 is formed with the adhesive material made of synthetic resin whose formation density is equal or lower than 0.70 (g/cm<SP>3</SP>) and also whose shearing adhesive strength is equal to or lower than 13.0 (kg/cm<SP>2</SP>).
