PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method and a program capable of mounting a business logic program having program components the re-usability of which is high and which enables even a person who is not familiar with program languages to efficiently install various business logic programs. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a telegraphic message analyzing part 2 for analyzing a request telegraphic message from a client and calling a service object; a service part 3 having a service object to be called by the telegraphic massage analyzing part 2 for executing transaction management or journal recording and calling a model manage; a model manager part 4 having a model manager to be called by the service object for calling necessary scene components according to a preliminarily defined scenario for execution; a record part 5 for making significant data correspond to data stored in an abstracted address and acquiring or updating those data in response to the scene components; and an entity part 6 for storing the data in the abstracted address.
