MULTIDISPLAY DEVICE, IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE, IMAGE DISPLAYING METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multidisplay device in which address setting and displaying adaptable to various arrangement constitutions are provided for a plurality of image display devices. SOLUTION: Four directional interfaces are provided for each of the image display devices which constitute of a multidisplay device. Address propagation is executed through each of the interfaces to obtain arrangement information of the image display devices which constitute of the multidisplay device and a matrix table consists of the arrangement information is generated. Moreover, an image is segmented from a master device for a slave device based on the generated matrix table and control signals for an N-fold density conversion process are respectively transmitted. At each of the slave image display devices, control signals corresponding to own device are extracted and display data are generated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
