PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to directly transmit data to a terminal in a house from an application server as an origin in order to ensure security or the like.

SOLUTION: A server side of an information center is provided with a calling server 4. The calling server 4 is provided with an instruction analysis part and receives an instruction from a plurality of application servers 2. A terminal 1 accesses the calling server 4. The calling server 4 is provided with a communication responding part and transmits to the terminal 1 information from the application servers 2 as a response of the communication.
