PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture which is installed and maintained safely without dropping off a rim of a cover of the fixture out of provisional hangers prepared on a fixture body with preventing drop off of the cover hung provisionally. SOLUTION: The lighting fixture comprises a fixture body 5 including a light source, etc., fixed to a ceiling 4 and a fixture cover 6 attached to the body 5 to cover the light source. Provisional hangers 8 hung down at proper positions of the body 5 are bent toward a rim 7 of the cover 6, and the rim 7 which is supported by these hangers is bent toward the hangers. The tips of the hangers 8 bent upward have hooks 8a directed upward and the edge of the rim 7 has hooks 7a which are directed downward so that they are hooked onto each of the hooks 8a.
