PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip aid capable of achieving a variety of grip ways for commodities. SOLUTION: A grip aid (1) is a grip aid for aiding a grip of a spoon (S) and the like having a slim grip part or a haft (E). The grip aid (1) has a flexible sheet (2) with a belt shape. The sheet (2) is provided with at least three through- holes and the like (12, 14) being arranged in the length direction and enabling the long grip part (E) of the spoon and the like (S) to pass through the holes.
