PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device prevented from the generation of erroneous operation and display of erroneous measured value caused by the sensitivity, diagnostic position, and various noises mixed in a spectrum image, at respective process of Vp, Vm trace wave form detection, PS/ED peak detection, and PI, RI measurement of the spectrum signal of Doppler frequency. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic device comprises a DSP 31 tracing at least either one of Vp or Vm in the direction of frequency of the spectrum signal in the direction of time, a PS/ED detection part 32 detecting the peak of the wave form of the PS and ED depending on a cardiac cycle of an examinee, a measuring part 33 automatically measuring the items to be measured used for the diagnosis depending on the PS and ED informations, a user interface 37 variably operating parameters used for the processes carried out at respective parts 31-33, and a parameter setting circuit 36 controlling the process carried out at respective parts 31-33 depending on the above parameters.
