PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide confectionery having clear color tone without using any egg. SOLUTION: The confectionery is characterized by using whey, water and a material containing a coloring matter as substitutes for egg, wherein protein content of the whey protein is 65-80 wt.% and the material containing the coloring matter is one or more kind selected from cocoa, powdered green tea, almond, cherry, fruits and vegetables.
