PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel having stable reproducibility in luminescence colors. SOLUTION: The organic EL panel is formed by mounting a laminated body having a first electrode, a light emitting layer 20 and a second electrode on a substrate 12. The light emitting layer 20 has a first light emitting part 20B for emitting a first luminescence color, and a second light emitting part 20Y for emitting a second luminescence color. The first electrode has a positive electrode part 14b formed in stripes, and the second electrode has a negative electrode part 16b formed in stripes extended in a direction crossing the positive electrode part 14b. A plurality of pixels 24 made of the positive electrode 14b and the negative electrode 16b facing each other and provided in a matrix form each have the first light emitting part 20B and the second light emitting part 20Y.
