PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the quality of formed film products without entailing the degradation in throughput and ink consumption even after the interruption of operation by assuring the safety of operators.

SOLUTION: The apparatus has discharging means 20 for carrying out the discharge operation of a functional liquid. The apparatus is provided with signal output means 5 for outputting a stop signal for the discharge operation, agitating means for agitating the functional liquid within the discharge means 20 and control means 6 for controlling the driving of the agitating means according to the output of the stop signal.
