PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overheat detection circuit capable of reducing temperature dispersion of overheat detection by reducing an influence even when a forward-direction voltage VF of a temperature detection diode 11 is dispersed in each element. SOLUTION: This circuit has the temperature detection diode 11 wherein the forward-direction voltage VF is changed by a temperature change, and a second diode 21 having the same electric characteristic and temperature characteristic as the temperature detection diode 11, and the second diode 21 and a constant voltage circuit 23 connected in series are connected in parallel with a plurality of resistances 24, 25 for generating a threshold voltage Vc by resistance division. Hereby, the threshold voltage Vc generated by the resistance division of the plurality of resistances 24, 25 is changed similarly in accordance with the dispersion of the forward-direction voltage VF of the diode 11, to thereby reduce the temperature dispersion of overheat detection.
