<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment at a reduced cost with a small- sized configuration in the case of employing the after-detection diversity reception. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile phone is provided with: two antennas 31, 41 for receiving signals; two systems of detection circuits 61, 62 for detecting the signals received by the two antennas 31, 41; and a configuration after a digital signal processing section 11 for restoring a signal sent from a communication opposite party.
