PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio disk whose playback is easy, whose convenience of operation is good for a user when an audio signal is mainly recorded and which can be simply control in real time. SOLUTION: A format of a DVD audio disk does not comprise VTS (Video Title Set), and is constituted of only ATS (Audio Title Set). The audio title set ATS is constituted of an audio manager (AMG), an audio manager menu (AMGM) of video and audio, and ATS<1> and ATS<2> managed by AMGI in AMG. The audio title sets ATS<1> and ATS<2> do not comprise an A-CONT pack, and are constituted of an A pack and still picture packs.
