PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for flipping a pachinko ball at various angles by the repulsion to an impact caused by the contact of the ball in various states that is shot onto a game board. SOLUTION: A substantially cylindrical cushion body 9, first and second springs 7 and 8 and a substantially cylindrical ring body 10, which are connected together, are held between a setting cover body 12 disposed on the front side and a fitting plate 1 and are fitted firmly on the outer peripheral side of a cover body 3 which has a through hole opened and is cylindrical substantially and provided in protuberance. A base plate 15 with LED 16 is fitted on the rear side of the fitting plate 1. In the device having this structure, the impact caused by the contact of the pachinko ball with the cover body 3 evokes the repulsion of the elastic forces of the first and second springs 7 and 8 and the cushion body 9, so as to flip the ball, while coloring light is added by fitting the base plate providing decorative lighting.
