<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training course designing method effectively utilizing information technology and an objective learning effect confirming method. <P>SOLUTION: A process flow chart of the training course designing method is shown. The training course designing method is constituted of enumeration of behavior/judgement (S10), extraction of skill/knowledge (S11), hierarchization of skill/knowledge (S12), decision of the range of training (S13), decision of contents outline (S14), decision of training level of the course (S15), decision of importance/acquisition level of training items (S16), generation of ex ante and ex post check problems (S17), evaluation of ex ante and ex post check problems (S18), consideration of skippable learning parts (S19), and setting of learning entrance (S20). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
