<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simplifying time-consuming instruction and examination in academic subjects. <P>SOLUTION: Instruction and examinations in academic subjects are carried out via the Internet so that a learner can learn at any time, (any day) and anywhere (at home or away from home).
