<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business cost calculation method capable of performing the calculation of business cost matched to a business kind or business form without performing a complicated analytic work. <P>SOLUTION: Each of resource and activity data related to personnels who take charge of a business and the business is stored in a master data registration means 61, and the resource data and activity data stored in the master data registration means 61 are mutually associated to form a calculation element model used for the cost calculation of the business, which is then stored in a model forming means 62. The input of the occupation ratio to the business and activity ratio to the activity of the personnels involved in the business and the resource cost required for the resource related to the activity are requested, and each inputted data is stored in a resource and activity storage means 63.
