PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water resistant conductive material having an excellent water resistance and capable of maintaining good conductivity and adhesion to a base material, which can be formed without heat treatment. SOLUTION: The water resistant conductive material is formed by making a solution containing amino group and/or a quaternary ammonium salt group containing compound (C) to contact with the surface of a conductive material consisting of a conductive composition containing a water soluble aniline conductive polymer (A) having a sulfonic acid group and/or a carboxyl group and a solvent (B).
