PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle audio recording and reproducing apparatus in which many stored music data are effectively utilized while maintaining sufficiently simple operability for an on-vehicle use. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a control means 100, a storage means 110, a reading means 130 and an operating means 140. The means 120 reads music data stored in a recording medium and/or music data transmitted via the Internet. The means 100 stores the read music data into the means 110. The means 140 selects one piece of reproducing order discrimination reference information from a plurality of pieces of reproducing order discrimination reference information. The means 100 generates reproducing order information based on the selected reproducing order discrimination reference information. The means 110 successively transmits corresponding music data to the means 130 based on the generated reproducing order information and the means 130 reproduces the music data which are successively transmitted.
