<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having liquid crystal panel on which a fact that display is adversely affected due to unevenness of cell gaps is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal cell by which a liquid crystal is sealed and the cell gaps are held by a seal material 101 without using a scattering spacer, interference fringes 103 in the concentric shapes are inevitably formed, however, a surrounding driving circuit is provided in an area where the interference fringes 103 exist and a pixel matrix circuit 105 is arranged in an area where the interference fringes 103 do not exist. Thus, a fact that the display is influenced by the cell gap is suppressed by determining positions of circuit arrangement by using the interference fringes as parameters. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
