PURPOSE: A system and a method for producing a bond collection plan by using the network are provided to manage bond of a user having no relationship with a bond management organization, and to offer the best solution depending on debt. CONSTITUTION: A member management part(120) judges whether a customer connected through a customer terminal(20) is a member or not. A quantitative analysis part(140) quantitatively analyzes the bond from the basic bond information inputted from the customer terminal. A forming procedure analysis part(150) analyzes a procedure for forming a debt from the basic bond information. A debt analysis part(160) analyzes the debt type according to a life cycle of a debtor from the basic bond information. A management plan extracting part(170) produces a management plan for the bond collection of the debtor. A database(180) stores and manages data. A controller(130) controls respective parts.
