PURPOSE: A magpie's nest building prevention device is provided to prevent an electric accident due to the magpie's nest by installing a member for preventing the generation of the magpie's nest at the electric pole. CONSTITUTION: A magpie's nest building prevention device includes an insulating support portion(1), a driving motor(2), and a member(3) for preventing the building of the magpie's nest. The insulating support portion(1) includes the first part(1a) and the second part(1b). The insulating support portion(1) is installed at an upper portion of the electric pole. The first part(1a) is vertical to cross arms. The second part(1b) is extended along one of the cross arms. The driving motor(2) is installed at the insulating support portion(1) in order to be driven by the power of the electric pole. The member(3) is installed at the second part(1b) in order to be driven by the driving motor(2).
