PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of preventing increase in charging due to a long time speech through the provision of a limit such as condemned usage for a desired time zone. SOLUTION: A base station 2 receives information transmitted from a mobile phone terminal (A) 1 and transmits the information to a database server 3. The database server 3 investigates information of a caller and a called party on the basis of the information transmitted from the base station, checks whether or not a connection request is within a preset call origination/ termination available time zone and whether or not a telephone number of an opposite terminal indicates a preset call transmission/reception available terminal when it is judged that the connection request is at the outside of the preset time zone, and connects a line between the caller and the called party when judging the call origination/termination available. When the mobile phone terminal (A) 1 is thereby connected to a mobile phone terminal (B) 4, the mobile phone terminal (A) 1 shifts to a calling state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
