PURPOSE:To carry out sterilization and disinfection while cleaning and washing clothes, bedding, etc., of persons concerned with medical activities or patients by combinedly using an anionic surfactant and polyoxyethylene(dimethylimino) ethylene(dimethyl-imino) ethylene dichloride. CONSTITUTION:This antimicrobial cleaning composition is obtained by combining an anionic surfactant with a polyoxyethylene-(dimethyl imino)ethylene(dimethyl-imino)ethylene dichloride. A non-ionic surfactant is preferably further added to the composition. An alkanolamine salt of a tall oil fatty acid or tall oil rosin fatty acid (carbon number of alkanol part is 2 or 3) is preferably used as the anionic surfactant. The increase of washing effect and control of foaming power are attained by adding the nonionic surfactant thereto. The antimicrobial cleaning composition can also exhibit antimicrobial and sterilizing effect in addition to the cleaning such as washing as a main purpose. Further, the composition is highly safe. |
