PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal adhering intermediary film which can rigidly adhere to a metal, which has a stable adhering strength between respective layers, excellent steam barrier properties, and further excellent heat resistance and working suitability. SOLUTION: The film interposed between sheaths each made of a metal comprises: a polypropylene layer having a thickness of a range of 10 to 80μm of the interposed film as a core layer; a metal adhering resin layer having a thickness of a range of 10 to 80μm and laminated on at least one side surface of the core layer or an intermediate adhesive resin layer having a thickness of a range of 10 to 80μm which may be provided between the polypropylene layer and the metal adhering resin layer. Further, it is desired to form an adhesion accelerator layer on the surface of the polypropylene layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
