PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of electrostatic charge image developing toner by which the occurrences of filming to a photoreceptor and spent for carrier are eliminated and the occurrences of image density deterioration and surface staining at durable running are prevented and whose fixing performance is high, toner and developer obtained by the manufacturing method and an image forming method using them. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the electrostatic charge image developing toner by which mixture is melted, kneaded, cooled, ground and classified after mixing at least binder resin, a releasing agent, pigment and a charge control agent, a biaxial kneading machine which possesses a first kneading part and a second kneading part, and whose ratio (B/A) between a distance (A) from a raw material supply port to a discharge port and a distance (B) from the raw material supply port to the center of the second kneading part is set as≥0.6, and whose ratio (C/A) between the distance (A) from the raw material supply port to the discharge port and a distance (C) from the raw material supply port to the center of the first kneading part is set from 0.2 to 0.4 is used so as to melt and knead the mixture, and the toner and the developer obtained by the manufacturing method are provided and also the image forming method using them is provided.
