PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make liquid flow at a temperature within a given range for heat exchanging fins of a natural convection type dehumidifying air conditioner and to perform natural convection more smoothly than a conventional method. SOLUTION: This natural convection type dehumidifying air conditioner is provided with a double tube constituted by attaching a bifurcator to an inner side of an outer tube on a flow-in side of liquid, an eddy current device attached to the halfway of the outer tube, and a mixing part. A problem concerning natural convection is solved by providing a suction air interference prevention plate, an escape prevention part for suction air, a side wall of the heat exchange fin, and a diamond-shaped condensed water receiver.
